Il met essentiellement en \u00e9vidence les indicateurs, les moyens de v\u00e9rification et les m\u00e9thodes de collecte de donn\u00e9es, pour chaque \u00e9nonc\u00e9 de produit et de r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Processus\/responsabilit\u00e9 de la collecte des donn\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre d\u2019un syst\u00e8me MEL, il est tr\u00e8s important d\u2019identifier le cheminement des donn\u00e9es (la collecte, le stockage et le partage\/rapport) et qui sera impliqu\u00e9 ou responsable de chaque \u00e9tape du processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;apprentissage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie d\u2019apprentissage permet d\u2019identifier les diff\u00e9rentes actions qui seront mises en \u0153uvre pour collecter, stocker, partager et utiliser les le\u00e7ons apprises et les bonnes pratiques \u00e9mergeant lors de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet\/programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>Budget<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un budget est essentiel pour un syst\u00e8me MEL.
